Stipulations

For a consideration as indicated on the sales order, John D Wedgewood Online will provide the party appearing on the signature line, the services indicated on the sales order, with the following stipulations:

I. A mirror listing on Value4Seniors.com will be provided at no charge, if appropriate.

	Must offer regular discounts or benefits to seniors.
	Will include the same information and categories as indicated for SuwanneeValue.com except description will include details of discount or benefit.
	Information is to be submitted digitally to John D Wedgewood Online.

II. Items will be renewable for not more than the fees indicated on the regular service fee schedule in effect at the time of the inception of this contract, if:

	"The Site" is continuing to operate,
	Payment is made prior to the expiration of this agreement.

III. Guarantee:

You may cancel this agreement at any time, with a thirty day written notice.

If you cancel, your account will be charged based upon the regular monthly charges and,

if a balance exists, you will receive a refund based upon the difference of the amount paid in this agreement and the regular monthly charge for the term you stayed with SuwanneeValue.com.

If all funds in your account have been used, your account will be terminated with no penalty.

IV. Failure to renew before the expiration of this agreement:

	(1) All price guarantees, product guarantees, and ranking guarantees will be void.
	(2) Renewal will be based upon the prevailing rates at the actual time of renewal.
	(3) Said party will lose all seniority for ranking and featured listings.
	(4) Some services may not be available after loss of seniority.

V. Severability and conditions:

	(1) Except as required by law, John D Wedgewood Online nor its owner, independent contractors, or employees, will be held libel for any conditions.
	(2) Except as required by law, John D Wedgewood Online does not warrant this service for any particular purpose and is subject only to the guarantee as stated above in item IV.
	(3) You may be removed from all associated sites for any reason deemed valid by John D Wedgewood Online and will receive a prorated refund for any unused services.
